This equipment is specifically designed for shoe sole gluing and coating treatment processes. It innovatively adopts a dual 3DCCD line-laser vision system, which enables rapid and precise scanning. Leveraging advanced AI algorithms, the system automatically generates optimal glue-application paths—laying a solid foundation for subsequent precision operations. During gluing, the machine is equipped with two 6-axis robots operating in perfect coordination and high accuracy. They perform synchronized gluing on shoe soles while the soles are in motion—eliminating traditional manual gluing entirely and achieving full automation of the shoe sole gluing process. This significantly enhances both production efficiency and product quality consistency.

Dual 6-Axis Robot Gluing System

Dual 6-axis robots perform high-speed automatic glue spraying simultaneously. The coating effect is fine, uniform, and precisely follows the programmed trajectory—zero glue overflow.

Dual Conveyor Belt & Air Purification System

Each conveyor belt is equipped with fiber-optic sensors and encoders to enhance glue-spraying precision; suction systems mounted on both sides of the belts rapidly capture and exhaust glue particles, ensuring a clean and healthy working environment.

Nozzle Cleaning Device

Features automatic nozzle cleaning to prevent glue clogging; residue glue tray with drawer design enables quick cleaning, reducing manual maintenance workload.

Multi-space Trajectory Output Mode

Accurate adhesive spraying paths can be generated for the upper edge of the sidewall, bottom surface, and inner overhang.
