Fox Giant

The Fox Giant is a machine expressly designed for productions with rolls extraordinary big, both in terms of weight and diameter. The structure has been totally re-designed to support exceptional heavy loads and this model is therefore the most robust of the entire range. Every details has been carefully designed to make the operator feel comfortable: The design is modern and ergonomic and the machine is easy to use, thanks to the interactive computer touch with Windows OS and a software developed ad hoc, according to most modern technics. The swinging cradle turret is made with double solid PVC belt (not parallel stripes), which guarantees perfect and even grip throughout the fabric width. This, together with the electronically controlled “dancer bar”, allow tension and wrinkle free spreading with any type of material. The machine is equipped with encoder and the standard spreading is without end-catchers, which are available as an optional, in the classic modes: Face Up /One Way, Zig Zag (2 Ways Folded) and Zig Zag with ends cut. The Fox Giant is extremely reliable and the maintenance is made easier also by the auto-diagnosis system on the on board PC, with WiFi connection for remote support, directly on board.
